At The Alphabet Gift Shop, we want your experience to be smooth and enjoyable — from browsing to unwrapping the perfect gift.

Shipping

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.

  • Standard Delivery: 2–3 working days
  • Next Day Delivery: available for orders placed before 2pm on weekdays

All orders are carefully packed and sent via Royal Mail or trusted courier to ensure they arrive safely.

At present, we are not offering international shipping due to VAT, customs duties, and tariffs in the EU and USA. We apologise for any inconvenience and hope to offer this again in the future.

Collection from Our Shops

You’re welcome to collect your order from either of our shops in Burton-on-Trent or Mickleover.

  • Choose “Click & Collect” at checkout
  • We’ll notify you when your order is ready for collection

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase!

  • Change of Mind: Most items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, in original, unused condition.
  • Personalised Items: Custom or personalised products cannot be returned for change of mind.
  • Faulty or Incorrect Items: We’ll cover the return postage and arrange a replacement or refund.

How to Return

  1. Email us at info@thealphabetgiftshop.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
  2. We’ll provide the return address and instructions
  3. Once we receive your item, we’ll process your refund or replacement promptly

Refunds are usually issued within 5–7 working days of receiving your returned item.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, including courier delays.
  • We’re not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they leave our premises, though we always do our best to resolve any issues.
