Thank you for choosing to book with us. Please review our booking policy to ensure a seamless experience.
Booking Hold
We require a £5 per person authorisation at the time of booking. This is a hold, not a payment, and will only be taken if our cancellation policy is not met.
Cancellation Policy
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If a booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before your reservation, or in the event of a no-show, the £5 per person hold will be taken.
Booking Integrity
Reservations are exclusively for Afternoon Tea or Champagne Breakfast. We do not accept bookings for standard breakfasts. If a Champagne Breakfast booking is made but a standard breakfast is ordered on arrival, the £5 per person hold will be taken due to preparation and staffing costs associated with Champagne Breakfast bookings.
Late Arrivals
We allow a 15-minute grace period from your booking time. After this, we may release the table. If you’re running late, please call us on 01283 749931, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you; however, your table may be reallocated.
Dietary Requirements
Please let us know in advance of any allergies or dietary requirements (e.g., vegan, vegetarian).
No-Shows
In the event of a no-show, the £5 per person hold will be taken from your account.
